Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start your return or exchange request within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your RevAir device and all included accessories in the original packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
